Section 60
Able to formulate a whistle-blowing policy
(1) To make and implement a Whistle Blowing Policy (Whistle Blowing Policy) to inform the Insurer confidentially of the actions taken or may take place in an irregular manner by the management or officers or employees of the Insurer in relation to complying with this Act or the rules, regulations and instructions issued under this Act. can
(2) According to sub-section (1), the board of directors of the respective insurer shall have the duty to protect the professional safety of the person who confidentially informs about the irregular work done by the executive head, officer, auditor, consultant, employee or insurance intermediary of the insurer.
